You will experience authentic course dinner.

Our course dinner is a meal at one with nature. The design and the display of the food is a reflection of shapes found within nature.
Throughout the dinner, each dishes will be served soon after it is prepared so as to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
The ingredients are natural, high quality and chosen according to the season. So the kaiseki menu changes throughout the year.
Our latest dinner time is start by 6:30 P.M. (Please note: It's so important that guests must check in before 5 P.M. so our chefs have time to properly prepare the kaiseki meal.
If there are any ingredients you cannot have or an allergy from the list below, we cannot accept the reservation: -wheat -Seafood
-Bonito, Konbu Seaweed, and Seafood broth -Soy Sauce, Miso (Beans or gluten allergy) Any other ingredients you cannot have, please let us know 7 days before or else we may not be able to make an adjustment. )


Beef shabu-shabu

Hot-pot with thinly sliced beef and seasonal vegetables

Shabu-shabu is a kind of a hot pot. Enjoy the enrich flavors and taste of “Japanese Beef”. Shabu-shabu broth is made from high-quality kelp. This course dinner will be served with plentiful seasonal vegetables.

Includes : Appetizers, Sashimi, Tempura, Hot-pot (Thinly sliced beef, assorted seasonal vebetables), Rice, Dessert.

A Japanese breakfast includes a variety of dishes in small portions. You might actually think it’s dinner.

Pictured: Steamed rice, dashi broth miso soup, a soft-boiled egg, pickled vegetables, grilled salmon, ,boiled spinach, Tofu with grated ginger.
The menu may differ daily.


Both the dinner and the breakfast need a reservation in advance.

Breakfast : Please place your order by 6 PM on the previous day.                  

Our dining room is closed on Tuesday dinner, on Wednesday breakfast and dinner.
