Our course dinner is a meal at one with nature. The design and the display of the food is a reflection of shapes found within nature.
Throughout the dinner, each dishes will be served soon after it is prepared so as to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
The ingredients are natural, high quality and chosen according to the season. So the kaiseki menu changes throughout the year.
Our latest dinner time is start by 6:30 P.M. (Please note: It's so important that guests must check in before 5 P.M. so our chefs have time to properly prepare the kaiseki meal.
